Steps to better health and well-being!

When you sign up for a package with me, these are the general steps of the process that we will take together. These steps will also include email support from me so I can answer any questions you have along the way. This process will obviously end with amazing results and celebration!

01 — Intake Meeting

This consultation includes an in depth discussion about your history, symptoms, and goals for your wellness. During this time I will also provide any recommendations for next steps whether that be a detox, at home lab testing, and some lifestyle suggestions you can implement right away.

02 — Customized Plan

This consultation will include going through your lab test results (if they were recommended) along with being provided with a personalized wellness plan to help you meet and exceed your wellness goals. Your wellness plan will include supplement suggestions and lifestyle changes related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more!

03 — Check-ins and Plan Adjustments

These consultations will be check-ins on how your plan is going, progress made, and then any adjustments that may need to be made. Each of my programs has multiple check-ins so that you are supported and get all your questions answered along the way! Healing is a process and our lives and bodies are constantly changing so adjustments are a normal part of the process!

04 — Final Check-in and Maintenance Plan

In this consultation we celebrate all the progress you made! We then discuss potentially weaning off any supplements recommended and go through your maintenance plan. You also have the option to continue on your health journey with me and we can continue to optimize your health.
